Jane is an RN and has attained a degree level of MHA. Jane is the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Osceola Regional Medical Center in Kissimmee, Florida.

Larry has worked in EMS as a Director and spent time as a law enforcement officer. He has been an RN since 1987, most of which has been spent in the ER setting.
