Think about it..............

• A clerk at the corner convenience store is talking on the phone, smoking and barely acknowledges your presents, accept for the deep sigh when they have to lay the phone down for a second to make change.............
• At the grocery store, when your in the long check out line, finally it's your turn and the clerk is upset because it's break time, and it's your fault they can go...............
• At that special store, the clerk is avoiding or rushing you when you're trying to pick out that special gift for that special person.
• You have been on the road for 14 hours fighting traffic, you look "rough", and may have a rough smell,  your spouse is upset because they wanted you to stop four hours ago,  now the hotel clerk "blows you off", and gives you a second rate room that fits your mood and appearance..............
• When a clerk, half your age (or any age) tries to make you look stupid..............
• When you pay for a service and it does not meet your expectations...............
• A  person of influence, higher ways, means or different ethnic background gets special treatment at the same place of business that you are doing business.................
